Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories or a restocking fee may be applied. You’ll also need the invoice #.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.


Return Exceptions 

In-earphones will be charged a 10% restocking fee if exchanged or returned. 

For all other items there is no restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Please contact us at fiio@motetdistribution.com within 30 days. 

You will need to ship your item back to us.  We will confirm the receipt of your item, the item to exchange to and charge or refund the difference in price.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
