Warranty information for products purchased from FiiO Canada (this site) or a Dealer listed on our FiiO Dealers page. Please keep your dated sales receipt handy.

If your FiiO product is within the 1 year warranty and malfunctions occur, please contact your authorized dealer, or if you purchased from this site, please contact us.  

If necessary, and at the discretion of FiiO Canada, the company will provide a warranty repair or replace the product. 

Should a return be required, a RA# will be issued along with our returns address. Return shipping to FiiO Canada will be at the owner’s expense.
